My inspiration for supporting the community is like Beethoven’s symphony “Ode to Joy.” The symphony starts with a gentle melody and then gradually expands into a grand chorus, representing people growing together and supporting each other in a community.
Hoa Binh Province is a place where I have many connections. Every summer, my family often comes to Hoa Binh to escape the busy life of the city and relax. Although we stay in comfortable homestays and resorts, many areas there are still underdeveloped. Local people in Hoa Binh Province mainly belong to ethnic minority groups such as the Muong, Dao, and Hmong. Their living conditions are difficult, and their lives depend mainly on agriculture. For four years, I have worked on many projects promoting the economy, culture, and tourism in this area, both to show my love for this beautiful land and to support people in my country.
Ban Duong Handicraft
I established Ban Duong Handicraft in order to help local residents in Hoa Binh earn a sustainable income from their handicraft business. Our work is to recycle wood from local areas and turn it into daily products such as mirrors and signs for local homestays.
Through the project, I also had the opportunity to learn woodturning from local artisans and gain a deeper understanding of the craftsmen’s lives and work. I still remember Mr. Hung, an artisan, who said to me, “For me, once the sweat dries, the money is gone too, no matter how perfect my craftsmanship may be.” It made me feel empathy for their hardships and the efforts craftsmen make to earn a living day by day. I really appreciate the comfortable life that my family provides for me now.

Eco-Symphony
Eco-Symphony is a program combining classical Western music and traditional music, creating an opportunity to promote tourism in Hoa Binh Province.
The purpose of this year’s event is to introduce the natural landscape and culture of the people in Tien Phong Village, Hoa Binh Province. This area has Hoa Binh Lake, many Muong and Dao ethnic people living here, and several national historical sites. At the event, I was not only an organizer but also a violinist performing with my schoolmates from the Vietnam National Academy of Music. The event was also an opportunity for me to learn about Vietnamese traditional dances and instruments that I had never tried before.

Bách 3B
Initially, it was just a startup run by my mom and me, and we sold plants, pots, and succulents. But one time, when I visited Hung Yen Province, the capital of longan fruit production in Vietnam, I saw that farmers could not sell their fruit due to the excessive supply, while many families depended on selling fruit as their main source of income. Therefore, I decided to transform my startup from selling ornamental plants to selling local vegetables and fruits to people in mountainous areas, including Hung Yen and Hoa Binh provinces.
I was painting a pot before delivering it to a customer.
In the startup, I had the opportunity to learn about the process of growing local plants while talking with local farmers about their difficulties during the harvest, such as extreme weather and production output. When selling local fruits and vegetables, I also learned about customer service and the process of preserving fresh fruits so that they could maintain their flavor and freshness before being delivered to customers.
A post promoting local fruits to local residents.
Cùng con học tốt âm nhạc
This is a music group on Facebook that I created to connect students and parents who are interested in learning music. Through this group, I am very proud that it has become a forum where people can connect to organize musical events, support children in pursuing their passion for music, and raise funds to support disadvantaged people.

I am playing the violin at an event organized by our group to inspire young students through music. I played the main theme from “Pirates of the Caribbean.”.
